1. Privacy policy

Núria Conangla informs users about its policy regarding  processing and protection of users' personal data. In this sense, Núria Conangla guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, reflected in Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and compliance with legal requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the  advice, April 27, 2016. Use of this form implies acceptance of this privacy policy.

2. Data collection, purpose and processing

Núria Conangla has the duty to inform the users of her form about the collection of personal data that can be carried out, either by sending an e-mail or by filling it out.  the forms. In this sense, Núria Conangla will be considered responsible for the data requested through the means described above.

In turn, Núria Conangla informs users that the purpose of the  processing of the requested data includes: the attention of requests made by users, the inclusion in the agenda of contacts, the provision of services, the management of the business relationship and other purposes such as the management of collaborations and the sponsorships.

Operations, management and technical procedures that are carried out in an automated or non-automated manner and that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data, are considered the processing of personal data.

All personal data, which are collected through the form of Núria Conangla  and, therefore, have the consideration of processing of personal data, they will be incorporated in the internal files by Núria Conangla.

3. Communication of information to third parties

Núria Conangla informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception that the transfer of data is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service involves the need for a contractual relationship with a in charge of treatment. In the latter case, only the transfer of data to the  third when Núria Conangla has the express consent of the user.

4. Users' rights

Organic Law 3/2018, of  December 5, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights grants interested parties the opportunity to exercise a number of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

In this way, the user's data is processed by Núria Conangla. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of current legal regulations on the protection of personal data.

To make use of the exercise of these rights, the user must address by written communication, providing documentation proving their identity (ID or passport), to the following email address: nuria@nuriaconangla.com . This communication must reflect the following information: name and surname of the user, the request for application, address and credentials.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as the legal representative of the authorized person. In this case, the documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.
